The Skirball Cultural Center is a dynamic Jewish cultural institution and a prominent cultural venue in the Los Angeles with a 15-acre campus designed by renowned architect Moshe Safdie. Its mission is to illuminate the heritage of the Jewish people and the deep resonance between core Jewish values and American democratic ideals. It seeks to welcome and inspire people of all ethnic and cultural identities through its museum, changing exhibitions, education and performing arts programs.

The Skirball's permanent exhibition Visions and Values: Jewish Life from Antiquity to America draws from the museums large collection and traces the experiences and accomplishments of the Jewish people over four thousand years. As with all Skirball exhibitions and programs, Visions and Values seeks to communicate universal themes to people of all heritages and beliefs. The Skirball’s other permanent exhibition, Noah’s Ark at the Skirball, is a new and popular family destination that has won AAM and TEA awards for its creative, whimsical, and interactive galleries. In addition to its permanent exhibitions, the Skirball offers 4 galleries for changing shows, ranging from 1800 to 8000 square feet.
