Company Overview
The Museum of Fine Arts (MFA), St. Petersburg, Florida, opened its doors in 1965. Its collection of some 20,000 works of art includes European and American painting, sculpture, and decorative arts; East Asian art; South Asian art; Greco Roman art; African art; Ancient American art; prints and drawings; photography; contemporary art in all media. We are an active collecting institution. The Museum currently organizes or presents approximately six exhibitions per year. With a building of some 80,000 square feet, it has a full-time staff of 24. The MFA is an independent not-for-profit organization with a strong record of achievement in collections growth, exhibitions, and public programs.
