Company Overview

The John and MableRingling Museum of Art, in its affiliation with Florida State University, is the largest museum/university complex in the nation. Located on an impressive 66-acre estate on Sarasota Bay, it preserves the legacy of John and Mable Ringling, educating and enabling a large and diverse audience to experience and take delight in a world-renowned collection of fine art and special exhibitions; Cà d’Zan, the Ringling historic mansion; the Circus Museum; the Tibbals Learning Center; the Original Asolo Theater; and historic architecture, courtyard, gardens and grounds overlooking Sarasota Bay. The Visitors Pavilion serves some 350,000 annual guests. A new Education Building houses our library, conservation facility, classrooms and staff offices. Florida State University, the Museum’s parent institution, also operates two performing arts venues that, with Ringling, constitute the FSU/Ringling Cultural Center.
