Company Overview

JNPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization celebrating 52 years of service. We provide quality educational products and related services that enrich the public understanding and appreciation of America’s national parks, public lands, historic places and museums. A major source of revenue is the sale of interpretive products in the non-profit retail stores we operate for our partner sites. Proceeds from product sales provide critical support for our partners’ education and community engagement programs. We help bring history alive for park guests, introduce families to nature, underwrite workshops and materials for teachers, and support critical park library, archival and conservation programs.
JNPA is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the site of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial (our largest partner park) as well as the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site. We partner with other sites in Illinois, Arkansas, South Dakota and Minnesota. JNPA has an annual budget of approximately $6 million and a staff of 75. The Retail Product Designer will be one of 14 individuals in our central office overlooking the Gateway Arch grounds in downtown St. Louis.
