The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis (CAM) presents, supports, and celebrates the art of our time. It is the premier museum in St. Louis dedicated to contemporary art. Through the diverse perspectives offered in its exhibitions, public programs, and educational initiatives, CAM actively engages a range of audiences to challenge their perceptions. Company History
CAM was founded in 1980 as the First Street Forum in downtown St. Louis. The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis opened in September 2003. Over 30 years later and now in our fourth location, CAM remains true to its mission of showcasing the art of today.
